ProjectJ2X - MeasureJ2X Licensing Agreement

The MeasureJ2X software is subject to the terms and conditions
detailed in the following license agreement (the "Agreement").

This agreement applies to the binary code and contains rights and
restrictions associated with use of the software and documentation
("Software").  By using the Software you ("Licensee") agree to the
terms and conditions of this License.

LICENSE:

The software which accompanies this license (the "Software") is the
property of ProjectJ2X or its licensors and VoorTech Consulting
("Owners").  Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of
this Software are as follows:

You may:

- install one copy of the Software on a single computer, unless
  otherwise permitted by the terms of your ProjectJ2X subscription

- make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the
  Software onto the hard disk of your computer and retain the original
  for archival purposes

You may not:

- give, rent, transfer, sublicense, lease, grant or cause any related
  transfer of the Software or any portion of the Software to anyone
  without the prior written consent of ProjectJ2X and VoorTech
  Consulting

- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make
  any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create
  derivative works from the Software

- distribute, either electronically or through removable media, the
  Software;

- distribute, either electronically or through removable media, any
  portion of the Software except as set forth herein.

PROJECTJ2X and VOORTECH CONSULTING MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR
WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THIS SOFTWARE FOR ANY
PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH HEREIN, THE SOFTWARE IS
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OR NONINFRINGEMENT. PROJECTJ2X and VOORTECH CONSULTING SHALL NOT 
BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY 
USER OF THE SOFTWARE.

Disclaimer of Damages:

REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN FAILS OF ITS
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL PROJECTJ2X or VOORTECH 
CONSULTING BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, 
INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR 
LOST DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE 
SOFTWARE EVEN IF PROJECTJ2X or VOORTECH CONSULTING HAVE BEEN 
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
