Subscription/Order Form

The following subscription form must be submitted for all subscriptions.

The subscription fee is $180 US. We accept payment in the form of check or money order payable to 'VoorTech Consulting', University or government PO or credit card. There is an additional $20 handling fee for credit card orders . There is an additional $30 handling fee for international orders not paying by credit card.

The MeasureJ2X software is made available upon receipt of payment. We greatly prefer to make the software available electronically via download from the web site, keeping costs down and upgrades simpler, but CD's are available. There is an additional $20 charge for CD's for non credit card orders.

Step 1. Fill out subscription form.

Step 2. Submit subscription form. This may be done electronically by clicking on the 'Submit Subscription' button or surface mailed directly to the address given at the bottom of the form. Acknowledgement of the receipt of an electronically submitted subscription will be made immediately.

Step 3. Arrange payment for your subscription.

For electronically submitted subscriptions paying via check, money order or PO:

Upon submission of the subscription, an invoice for the subscription fee will be sent via the method indicated in the Invoice Information section. Payment on the invoice can be made by sending check, money order or copy of the PO via surface mailed to the address given at the bottom of the form. We can also accept a faxed copy of the PO. Your subscription will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your payment or faxed copy of the PO.

For electronically submitted subscriptions paying via credit card:

Upon submission of the subscription, you will be provided with a 'Buy Now' button which will allow you to proceed with submitting your credit card payment information. Your subscription will be processed within 5 business days.

For subscriptions sent via surface mail:

If mailing the subscription form print the form using the browser's Print button and mail with accompanying payment of check or money order or copy of PO. Your subscription will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your subscription.

Measuring System Digital Readout

      
  Please note: The MeasureJ2X program cares only about the Digital Readout portion of the measuring system. If you have recently purchased your system from Velmex, Inc., then you have a Metronics QC10V Digital Readout. Please select 'Metronics' here and use "Metronics' during configuration and installation of the MeasureJ2X program.

Software Distribution

      
Unless otherwise indicated, the MeasureJ2X software is distributed electronically by download from the web site. As noted above, we greatly prefer electronic distribution as it keeps costs down, but indicate below if you wish to receive the software on CD ROM.

Evaluation Information

      
Please indicate if you have already successfully installed an evaluation version of the program. We will provide an upgrade package which will upgrade your existing installation without requiring reinstallation.

Special Instructions

Please indicate any further information regarding your subscription (i.e. would like the invoice sent to someone other than the subscriber, the subscription is for a 2nd copy of MeasureJ2X). We can usually accommodate faster subscription processing if needed.
